Christmas/Thailand/Waiting

HEY

Merry late Christmas everyone!!!

Did everyone have a good holiday?


My family got me a whole bunch of things for Thailand!


Most of the stuff was for the plane to keep me busy and sleep.
But I have a book to read on Thailand as well as an English/Thai dictionary

I'm tired of waiting to go!  I'm ready to leave.  The plane ride will be miserable but 100% worth it.

I went into the city today with the family as well as some last bonding.  I got two new hats which I will introduce. The purple one I am wearing in the above pictures and this one.

HEY!!!

today I'm just gonna talk about how I'm feeling about leaving in 19 days.




There is so extreme excitement.
I cannot wait to go!!!

I'm nervous I don't want anything to go wrong
It's the first time I'm away from home for an extended period of time.

Which usually ends up looking like this.

than I realize I wont see my parents for 5 months and i look like this.

All well I'm 19 time to move on in the world see if what I want to do with my life is really what I want to do and all I have to do is get up and go.  i have the tickets I have my spot and I have my classes. Waiting is the most stressful thing ever.  Only 3 more weeks until I leave!! Cant wait!!

Nothing to do with Thailand(well maybe a little)

Forewarning!!!
This post is not going to be anything useful about Thailand in the sense of the country but more of a goal for me. Feel free to keep reading..



OK so lets go over the worlds biggest stereotypes....

AMERICANS ARE FAT AND LAZY

OK well recently or more like since I quit the track team last year I have been gaining weight like it was my job.



In Thailand most people except for the farang are petite.

Well since I know weight almost 80 pounds than where i want to be I'm going to try and loose some weight.

If I really want to buy anything over there I need to start thinking about how unhealthy I am right now.

So I'm hoping since I'm blogging about it.  I will actually workout at least once a day until I leave.  This way I am hoping that by the time I get there I at least feel better about myself and have some sort of routine besides sitting around and eating..

Hopefully I get into better habits

PICS PICS AND MORE PICS

HEY

All right so I have been told a million times that I need to make sure I post all my pictures so family and friends can see them.


Well I'm going to try and upload them to Facebook for all of you who are friends with me.
But uploading pictures onto the blog are a thousand times easier and quicker than Facebook.


|I'm assuming my favorite picture that I take will go up on here first.  This way everyone can see the awesomeness of what I'm doing on a given day.  But so I don't overwhelm the posts I will put the rest of them up on Facebook hopefully on a regular basis...


So instead of me making faces at the camera as I write my post

 I'll throw in the picture of what I did that day and leave captions and more information.

But for now you need to deal with me for another 3 weeks

I managed to get a quick break from studying and everything to write something real quick.
So I wanna say thanks to my readers!  You guys definitely keep me coming back to write.  My international readers you are all awesome!  I love seeing new page views from different countries.

ISIC

Hey!!!

I officially have my ISIC card (international student identification card)

I blew up the picture so you could see the card a little better

I'm excited I also got an email telling me that later on this week I am going to be receiving a final email about flights/orientation/arrival into Bangkok from TEAN.

SO everything is almost done.
I know I keep saying that but come on give me a break I'm excited.


I'm probably going to be starting ESU's blog some time in January, so every two weeks expect a more formal post since I will be copying and pasting everything from one post to another I am not going to write two are you crazy.

I'm taking 18 credits remember!!!

ISIC/ countdown/ finals week

HEY!!!!!

My ISIC (international school identity card) is in!! YAY only problem is that it came in on Friday when I was home and not at school.... GREAT

Now I need to wait till Monday to get it.... The anticipation is literally eating my soul.  I have been waiting for what feels an eternity for something else to happen with studying abroad.

I have hit a wall of sit around and wait.

All the last things have been sent in and I'm awaiting confirmation of TEAN receiving everything.
This card is the next thing I get to pick up.


I wonder what I'm going to do when all that is left to do is wait for my flight... I might actually go insane waiting!!


Who knows only time will tell... For those who are counting down with me there are
35 days
5 school days
4 finals
2 holidays

So like I just mentioned above finals week is coming up....
SO......


DON'T EXPECT A POST BETWEEN TUESDAY (6th) TO THURSDAY (15th)


I will be in a comatose state staring trying to retain all the information know to man kind in a week...
OK so it's not all the knowledge of man kind it's just 73 muscles the brain, eye, a paper, my gen psych notes, sociology notes, and my speech communication notes.... NO BIGGIE

I'm using the spacing effect (HEHEHE psychology rocks) to study hopefully I started early enough I kinda have been studying last week now I'm really cracking down... Hopefully all goes as planned and I get at least B's on my finals.  That's what I'm shootin for here.


All right I probably should be wrapping this up... I will post a picture of the ISIC if I can or if it even makes sense I have to see how much personal info is on it....
